Doctor’s car: Ami 6 - "The Castafiore Emerald" (1963) Captain Haddock, jubilant to be released from his plastercast, leans nonchantly on his wheelchair sending it into the legs of the unfortunate Professor Calculus. This sends him careering down the steps of Marlinspike Hall, right into the rear end of Haddock’s Doctor who is busy sorting the clutter in his car! The sequence of events ends when the Professor, hitting the Doctor propells him out of the vehicle, and finds himself face down on the front seat. The Ami 6 was the fourth and last model created by Flaminio Bertoni for Citroën, it is directly inspired by the 2CV, of which it constitutes a more powerful and elegant version.The doctor's Citroën Ami 6, scale 1/43, from "The Castafiore Emerald". With Professor Calculus as the passenger.
